ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents. Issuance of notice to the private respondent is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner opposes the conduct of the survey at the instance of the fourth respondent. The petitioner's apprehension is that there will be dispossession. The petitioner need not have any such apprehension. As a result of the survey exercise, there cannot be any dispossession. No fence can be put up without any appropriate order from the civil Court in the event there being any objection. The only object of conducting survey is to find out the boundaries and install the survey stones. Nothing else can be done. 2/4
