Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.ARIVALAGAN.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5425 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10862 of 2020, dated 28.10.2020.

2.It is seen that the petitioner already filed a relaxation petition and the same was dismissed on the ground that the petitioner did not comply with the condition properly. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that ever after dismissal of the earlier petition, the petitioner had not complied with the order of this Court.

4.In view of the same, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
