ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the 1/3

respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 120(b), 406, 420 IPC in Crime No.Not Known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners have purchased a land from the defacto complainant. They executed and registered the sale, for an excess extent than the extent for which they are entitled. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is a civil dispute and investigation is on going and no FIR has been filed till date.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners to appear before the respondent and co-operate for enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the petitioners can workout remedy through appropriate proceedings.
