submit that pursuant to the direction issued by this Court in the main Writ Petition, the respondent passed an order in his proceeding in Mu.Mu. 3538732/A3, dated 10.07.2025, disposing the application submitted by the petitioner dated 24.01.2025. The copy of the said order is also produced before this Court and copy of the same was also served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.
