ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/ Accused rank not known, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 1/3

506(i) of IPC, in Crime No. Not Known of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is enjoying the property along with the petitioner. On 28.06.2023, the petitioner along with henchmen, threatened the defacto complainant to face the dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. There is civil dispute prevailing between the parties.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police submitted the petition given by the defacto complainant is under enquiry.

5. Reading of the complaint shows that over property issue, the trouble arose. When the defacto complainant surveyed the property, this petitioner alleged to have made trouble and obstructed.

6. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the petitioner is ready to co-operate for measuring the above said property.

7. The above said issue shall be resolved by measuring the above said property and result may be intimated to the respondent by the petitioner, so that they can close the complaint.
