This Contempt Petition is filed to issue a notice of contempt to the respondent/Contemnor for his wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.3391 of 2025, dated 6.2.2025.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the direction issued by this Court in the main Writ Petition, dated 6.2.2025, the representation of the Petitioner was considered and an order was passed by the respondent in Mu.Mu.NO.3538732/Aa3, dated 10.7.2025 and a copy of the said order was also produced by him. 4.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, the Contempt Petition is closed.
