This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the first and second respondents herein to take necessary action against the respondent nos. 4 to 7 herein based upon the petitioner's complaint dated 15.7.2022 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to provide necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members 2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the private respondents trespassed into property of the petitioner and it is also confirmed by the report of the third respondent , under these circumstances the second respondent has not taken action upon the complaint given by the petitioner dated 15.07.2022. 2/5
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted the petitioner gave complaint and it was taken on file in CSR No.638 of 2022 on 08.08.2022 and it is under enquiry.
5.In view of the above, the second respondent police is directed consider the representation of petitioner dated 15.07.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
