ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2016 and to disburse the salary from October 2015 onwards continuously. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Mr.T.R.Janarthanam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3.It is seen that the petitioner has already made a representation on 08.02.2016 before the first respondent seeking for the very same relief. It is further stated that the said representation is still pending.

4.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.02.2016 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
