ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the first respondent to promote the petitioner as B.Ed., Assistant with necessary incentives for possessing higher qualification for possessing higher qualification from the date of her entry into Government Service on the basis of her representation dated 23.01.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3.It is seen that the petitioner has already made a representation on 23.01.2016 before the first respondent seeking https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for the very same relief. It is further stated that the said representation is still pending.

4.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.01.2016 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P (MD)No.4363 of 2016 is closed.
