Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SURESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.BALAKRISHNAN, Advocate on behalf of the 3rd Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 167 days in filing Crl.RC(MD)SR.No.27239 of 2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent has no objection for condoning the delay.

CRL MP(MD) No.7160 of 2020 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned on condition the petitioner shall a sum of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, on or before 02.03.2022, failing which this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without further reference to this Court.

5.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
