ORDER
The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the second respondent to conclude the disciplinary proceedings of in Na.ka.Ci.453-2006 (TDP 6-2006), dated 12.01.2007 within a period stipulated by this Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.
3.It is seen that the petitioner has already approached the respondents by way of his representation on 06.12.2013 seeking for the very same relief. It is further stated that the said representation is still pending. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
4.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
06.12.2013 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
