This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, as against the third respondent to direct the fourth respondent to take appropriate action on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 28.06.2024.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a representation only through the post. Therefore, in order to ascertain the genuineness of the complaint, the respondent police issued summon, calling the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on 05.08.2024 at about 11.00 a.m.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police along with required documents and substantiate the same. No costs.
