PRAYER : Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of Code of Civil Procedure, to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.155/2022 pending on the file of the Family Court, Thanjavur and transfer it to the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli.

ORDER
The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the wife seeking to transfer H.M.O.P.No.155/2022 pending on the file of the Family Court, Thanjavur to Family Court, Tiruchirappalli.
2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner/wife, due to matrimonial dispute, the wife is residing at Tiruchirappalli along with her parents with 2 minor children aged about 6 years and 3 years. Hence, she is not able to travel to Thanjavur for every hearing, especially before the Family Court.
3. Though the respondent/husband has been served, there is no appearance either in person or through counsel.
4. Considering the above said facts, H.M.O.P.No.155/2022 pending on the file of the Family Court, Thanjavur is hereby withdrawn and transferred to Family Court, Tiruchirappalli. 2/4
5. With the above said direction, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
