ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the third respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute and harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the fourth respondent, who is the father of the petitioner had lodged a complaint under the Senior Citizens Act before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Paramakudi and the same was rejected on 22.05.2026. Thereafter, he had lodged a complaint before the third respondent police and the third respondent police had forcibly obtained an agreement from the petitioner herein and now insisting upon the petitioner to vacate the premises.
3. The learned Counsel for State of TN (Crl.Side) appearing for the third respondent submitted that FIR has been registered as against the petitioner in crime No.208 of 2026 on the file of the third respondent police and they will proceed in accordance with law. He further submitted that the police have not insisted the petitioner to vacate the premises. 2/4
4. In view of the above said facts, the third respondent is directed to strictly adhere to the due process of law in conducting enquiry in Crime No. 208 of 2026.
5. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
