O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.01.2016 in accordance with law, thereby implementing the G.O.Ms.No.183 of Commercial Tax and Registration Department dated 28.10.2010 in letter and spirit.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The case of the petitioner-Association is that though Document Writers Welfare Fund has been created for the benefit of

document writers and a Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.183 dated 28.10.2010 was also issued for creation of a special Board for them, thereafter, there was no progress in the matter. Therefore, the petitioner-Association has submitted a representation dated 13.01.2016 to the 2nd respondent for implementation of the said Government Order in letter and spirit. Since there was no response on the representation, the petitioner-Association is before this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that if a reasonable time is granted to the 2nd respondent, the representation of the petitioner will be considered and suitable orders passed.

5. In view of the above submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner-Association dated 13.01.2016 and pass necessary orders regarding implementation of G.O.Ms.No.183 dated 28.10.2010 on merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
