ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court that the orders of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9517 of 2024, dated 28.06.2024 has not been complied with.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the contemnor/respondent submits that the present Inspector of Office has assumed office recently and he is not aware of the orders of this Court. On noticing this contempt petition, he assures before this Court that he will provide necessary Police protection. 3.Recording the above submission, this contempt petition is closed.
