C.M.P(MD)No.10406 of 2024 has been filed to condone the delay of 727 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second respondent namely Nagu in S.A(MD)No.490 of 2022.

2. CMP(MD)No.10410 of 2024 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second respondent namely Nagu in S.A(MD)No.490 of 2022.

3. CMP(MD)No.10414 of 2024 has been filed seeking to bring on record the proposed respondents 5 and 6 herein as the legal representatives of the second respondent namely Nagu and rank them as the respondents 5 and 6 in S.A(MD)No.490 of 2022.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the first respondent. Name of the respondents 5 and 6 have been printed in the cause list.

5. For the reasons assigned in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of these petitions and on being satisfied with the same, these petitions are allowed.
