ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

2.The petitioner has been served with surcharge notice. He wants this Court to restrain the respondents from proceeding further in the matter. The ground taken is that the petitioner has asked for certain documents and that they have not been furnished to him. Aggrieved by the refusal, the petitioner had availed the revisional remedy under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act before the first respondent.

3.The learned Government Pleader undertakes to make available the documents sought for by the writ petitioner. Immediately after the documents are served on the writ petitioner, the proceedings can very well resume and take it to its logical conclusion.

4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
