O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to provide Police Protection on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 16.08.2019 against the 3rd respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner against the 3rd respondent, the 2nd respondent conducted and enquiry and find that all the allegations in the complaint are civil in nature and hence, he directed the parties to approach the civil Court concerned for appropriate relief.
