Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioners had filed an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Usilampatti, aggrieved against transfer of patta. It is stated that the said appeal filed by the petitioners on 14.07.2015, is still pending.

4. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, I only direct the respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
