When this case is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsels for the appellant and the respondent would submit that the appellant and the respondent have since reconciled and are now living together; Page No. 1 of 3

consequently, the appellant does not wish to pursue this appeal. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the respondent had filed M.C.No.4 of 2021 under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. before the Judicial Magistrate, Mudugulathur, for maintenance, which was dismissed for default on 06.04.2024.

2. In view of the submission made by either side, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed. No costs.
