ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to the learned District Judge, Nagercoil to dispose of TROP.No.112 of 2019, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petition in TROP.No.112 of 2019 was filed on 13.02.2019, evidence on both side was completed and arguments were also advanced on 03.01.2020 and the case was posted for orders on 03.07.2020. while so a third party, claiming to an erstwhile employee of the trust has filed an interlocutory application to implead himself as party to the main petition. Thus the main original petition is one way or the other is dragged on and not concluded so far. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents has also confirmed the above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

4.Considering that the above TROP.No.112 of 2019 was filed in the year 2019 and arguments were advanced as early as in on 03.07.2020 and the interlocutory application filed by a third party to implead him, is also pending nearly for the past two years, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari is directed to dispose of TROP.No.112 of 2019 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
