ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 20.01.2025, made in W.P(MD)No.1339 of 2025, wherein this Court has directed the transport Corporation to pay 6% interest for the belated disbursement of the terminal benefits. 2.The respondent has filed an affidavit dated 12.08.2025, wherein they have undertaken to pay the balance amount of Rs.17,914/- in equated monthly installments on or before November 2025. The said affidavit is taken on record. 3.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to revive the Contempt Petition, in case of violation. 18.08.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No RJR 2/4
