Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, to direct the respondent not to harass or threaten the petitioner or insist upon vacating the house property bearing Door No.6, Aranganathaperumal kovil street, Srivilliputhur or pay any amount towards construction expenses based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent.

ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that the respondent police are harassing him under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) who takes notice for the respondent police submits that based on the complaint of the 3rd respondent they have registered a case in Crime No.340 of 2025 on 02.07.2025 for the offence under Sections 115(2) of BNS and Section 4 of TNPHW Act as against the petitioner.

3.Since it is reported that a case is registered as against the petitioner, he has to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly this criminal original petition is closed. 07.07.2025 DSK 2/4
