JUDGMENT
Pending Second Appeal, the parties have amicably resolved the disputes in a suit for bare injunction and joint memo of compromise dated 25.11.2025, signed by the appellants, respondents and their respective counsel is also presented before me for approval.
2.I have gone through the said joint compromise memo. The parties have amicably agreed to divide the suit property into two equal portions. The appellants are taking the northern side and the respondents are taking the southern side.
3.In view of the above submission and the joint compromise memo, the contents of which are affirmed by the learned Counsel for the parties, which confirms that the parties have signed in their presence, this Second Appeal is disposed of. The joint compromise memo shall form part of this order. A final decree shall be drafted 2/5
in terms of the contents of the joint compromise memo. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
