Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry into the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2022 and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice before passing final order. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
