Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S RAMESH KUMAR.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Govt. Advocate on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10297 of 2023 on 13.06.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the driver of the vehicle and he is no way connected in the above said offence.

3. Perusal of CD file shows that on the spot, this petitioner was arrested along with the above said commodities, when he met with an accident and causing death to one Kesavan. Hence, I find no reason to interfere into the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10297 of 2023 on 13.06.2023. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
