ORDER

Seeking a Writ of Declaration, to declare the petitioner as eligible to the post of Noon Meal Organizer, this writ petition is filed.

2.The case of the petitioner is that she has applied for the post of Noon Meal Organizer before the second respondent. The second respondent conducted interview on 09.02.2016 and selected the third respondent for the post in question. Being dissatisfied with the same, the petitioner is before this Court for the above prayer. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Heard the learned Counsel appearing on both sides and also gone through the documents enclosed in the typed set of papers

including the counter affidavit.

4.A perusal of the same would disclose that the second respondent, among the candidates, who appeared for the interview, considered the candidature of the third respondent and appointed her, that too, as per the guidelines issued in G.O.Ms.163, dated 18.08.2010. Thus, the contention of the petitioner that her candidature was rejected and the third respondent was selected, without adducing any reason, is not at all sustainable, since the selection was made, in accordance with law. As such, there is no merit in this writ petition and is liable to be dismissed. 5.Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
