ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner without following the due process of law based on her representation, dated 10.08.2022. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner's husband namely, Jeyakumar is having more than 30 cases and also involved in NDBS case. Recently, a case has been registered in Crime No.31 of 2022, dated 21.01.2022. This petitioner is not involved in any crime.

3.In view of the above, the third respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
