When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondent submitted a joint memo of compromise, by which, the parties have arrived at a settlement and entered into a memo of settlement on 14.02.2023. The memo of compromise dated 16.02.2023 is recorded. 2.The second appeal is disposed of on the basis of the memo of settlement dated 14.02.2023. No costs. The memo of compromise shall form part of the decree. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
