This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to execute the non-bailable warrant that has been issued against the husband of the petitioner, who is the accused in C.C.No.176 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai.
2. It appears that even at the time of filing final report, the husband of the petitioner has been shown as absconding accused and therefore, for past 6 years the warrant kept pending without any execution.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the husband is very well available in the village where the parents are also residing at Kulamangalam Village, Madurai Taluk. Since the matter is pending from 2015, there shall be a direction to the respondent herein, to execute non-bailable warrant within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
