ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the third respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.145 of 2021 dated 10.04.2021 and file the final report within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police seeks three months time to complete the investigation.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) the fourth respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.145 of 2021 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
