Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to file Annexure E2 nominee appointing affidavit along with her LPG Distributorship reconstitution application dated 13.05.2024, being executed in favour of her Grandsons i.e. Vaibhav Paul, S/o.Senthil Kumar, Aged 15, Vishagan Paul, S/o.Senthil Kumar, Aged 9 and C.Kavibalan, S/o.Chandrasekaran, Aged 14 and process the same to the effect that the reconstituting LPG Distributorship i.e. M/s.V.V Indane Gas Agency, Madurai, shall be inherited by all the above nominees equally after the tenure of the petitioner, directing the respondents 1 to 6 to cancel the license namely, M/s.Snehaa Fire Works / Occupier Shri C.Kaliraj, bearing in License Nos.E/SS/TN/20/30 (E 6065), E/SS/TN/22/17 (E 58943), and
E/SS/TN/21/51 (E 6066) for the period up to 31.03.2025, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2024, within the time stipulated by this Court.
