This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to issue the house tax receipt of the petitioner's house in T.S.No.510/31 situated at 1/3

Sathiyamoorthy Nagar 3rd Street, Survey Block-14, Survey Ward-16, Karaikudi Municipality Town, Karaikudi, Sivagangai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent on instructions, would submit that the request made by the petitioner was already rejected.

4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh application for assigning his house for house tax. No costs.
