This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in the issue of complaint given by 3rd respondent in which there is no surviving cause of action, under the guise of investigation and guarantee the life and liberty of the petitioner herein.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is no complaint against this petitioner and no enquiry is pending. 3.But however, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been orally directed by the second respondent to settle the amount to the third respondent, which according to him is a time barred one.
