ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.T.Senthil Kumar, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Petitioner and of M/s.T.Senthil Kumar, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent No.1 and Mr.S.Balakarthik Advocate for Responent No.2, this Court made the following order:

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.12375 of 2020, dated 04.11.2020.

2. This Court, by order dated 04.11.2020, disposed the case with a direction to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.522 of 2016, within a period of one month. Thereafter, the petitioner herein filed this petition on 11.12.2020. During the pendency of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, final report has been filed. Hence, no further order is required to be passed in this petitioner. Accordingly this criminal miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
