Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. LAXMAN.K.R., Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent,the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15974 of 2021 on 19.07.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.9848 of 2022 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.15974 of 2021 on 19.07.2022 is relaxed.
