(MD)No.13851 of 2012 dated 15.03.2019 under the Contempt of Courts Act.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the Impugned communication issued by the 2nd Respondent in his Proceedings Nil dated Nil and the consequential Tentative Provisional List of Candidates selected for appointment for the Recruitment of Lecturer in Government Polytechnic College 2011-2012 and quash the same as illegal in so far as it relates to the 6th Respondent is concerned and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent to appoint the Petitioner for the post of Recruitment of Lecturer in Government Polytechnic College taking into account of the Petitioner marks scored in the written exam than the 6th Respondent on the basis of the Selection List published earlier by the second respondent in his proceedings nil dated nil within the peroid that may be stipulated by this Court.
