This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to give adequate protection to writ petitioner to enjoying path way in survey No.224/2B in Ruthra Chinthamani Village Peravurani Taluk based on the petitioner's representation, dated 20.07.2022.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that after receiving the representation, the respondent police has not taken any action.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that they are ready to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2022.
4. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2022 and to take suitable action on merits, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
