The detenue named A.Jeyalakshmi was produced before this Court. We examined her and she categorically stated that she married the Petitioner seven years ago and they have no children. There is a misunderstanding between the parties and therefore, the detenue on her own has decided to stay at Chennai and she is eking out her livelihood by going for a job. She stated that she has not been illegally detained by anyone and she is living on her own at Chennai.

H.C.P(MD)No.838 of 2019 2.In view of the above, no further orders can be passed in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
