JUDGMENT

The Second Appeal is directed against the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.43 of 2014 dated 29.10.2014 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Sankarankovil confirming the judgment and decree made in O.S.No.317 of 2010 dated 22.11.2013 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Sankarankovil.

Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
