Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.LENINKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6781 of 2023 dated 13.04.2023. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on 25.04.2023, the petitioner met with a road accident and in which, he sustained injury on his right leg and hence, he seeks time to surrender before the concerned trial Court, since the petitioner is unable to surrender before the concerned trial Court within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6781 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
