fourth respondent, to remove the encroachments made in Survey Nos.33/1, 30/8, 38/2 and 32, Subramaniapuram Village, N.Muthursamypuram Panchayat, Sathur Taluk, Virudhunagar District, as per the Government Order issued in G.O.Ms.No.540, Revenue [LT 6 (2)] Department, dated 04.12.2014, at the time of hearing of the Writ Petition, Mr.P.Kalaiyarasi Bharathi, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would act as per the guidelines contained in G.O.Ms.No.540, Revenue [LT 6(2)] Department, dated 04.12.2014. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
