The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he do not want to press this Writ Petition, as the present Writ Petition has now become infructuous, since during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the representation of the petitioner has been considered and rejected by the respondents and challenging the same, the petitioner has also filed a Writ Petition bearing W.P.(MD)No.12178 of 2020 before this Court and that he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader has no objection to the prayer made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2/4

3.Accordingly, in view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Interim order, if any, granted stands vacated. The file is consigned to record.
