4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9778 of 2023 on 06.06.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in a week (I.e) on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
