PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the wife of the petitioner / detenue, namely, Sobaha, D/o.Vignesh, aged about 20 years before this Court and set her at liberty. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) When the petitioner's wife, namely, Shobana, aged about 20 years, went missing from 04.07.2023, the petitioner had given a complaint before the 2nd respondent Police, who registered a case on 07.07.2023 under the caption 'Woman Missing'. Consequently, he filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition.

2.Today, when the matter was called, the detenue was produced by the 2nd respondent before this Court and the petitioner / husband of the

detenue is also present. When we had asked the detenue as well as her husband / petitioner, both expressed that they want to live together. As such the grievance of the petitioner in the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been met out. Therefore, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
