This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to conduct enquiry and initiate appropriate action against the third respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.08.2022. 2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondent police. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted the petitioner's representation dated 01.08.2022 was received by the second respondent and it is under enquiry.

4.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of petitioner dated 01.08.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
