ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.] This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai, in S.C.No.105 of 2011, dated 26/02/2025 and to enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the criminal appeal. 2.The petitioner stands convicted and sentenced as under:- Section of Law Sentence of imprisonment Fine amount 302 IPC Life Imprisonment Rs.2,000/-, in default to undergo 6 months SI 397 IPC 7 Years Rs.2,000/-, in default to undergo 3 months SI 3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4.The petitioner has failed to make out a prima facie case for grant of suspension of sentence, hence we are of the opinion that it is not a fit case for grant of suspension of sentence to the petitioner.

5.Accordingly this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. Post the main appeal on 16/02/2026 for hearing. [G.K.I., J.] & [K.R., J.] 02.01.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No er To, 1.The Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai.
