ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents. Issuance of notice to R3 is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner's apprehension is that survey to be conducted at the instance of the third respondent may lead to dispossession. The petitioners need not have any such apprehension. The object of survey can only be to instal the survey stones and earmark the boundaries. There cannot be any dispossession. No fencing can be put up. The petitioners need not have any apprehension at all.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
