Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. VEERAKUMAR.T, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in 1/3

Crl.M.P.(MD) No.8121 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9309 of 2023 on 14.06.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition imposed by this Court regularly. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly for six weeks. Further, there is no previous case pending against the petitioner and investigation is under process. 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.8121 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9309 of 2023 on 14.06.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in three months at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
